Here at Muttley Crew your dog is our best friend, we want to provide the best service possible to allow your dog to be happy, have the freedom and independence to socialize while learning, and building confidence.
What sets us apart.
Socialization of a dog is very important. It allows for dogs to learn good behavior by example, build confidence, and reduce anxiety. Here at Muttley Crew we foster a “pack mentality”. The dogs learn that they are part of a group. We work with small groups of dogs at a time; creating relationships, allowing for your dog to feel less stressed, and more comfortable in new situations and surroundings. We re-enforce good behavior, and provide lots of stimulation for the dog while out on our Adventure Walks. This allows for the dog to expend excess energy, sleep better, and become calmer. We focus on basic obedience, and re-call, while out on a hike. The more your dog is with us, the more they learn, and through repetition, gain independence and confidence needed to be a pack member.
Here at Muttley Crew we want to give back to the community that helped us and allowed us to grow. We strongly believe in safety, education, and fostering our relationships. Your trust matters to us and we believe in ethical business practices. We act with honesty, integrity and fairness while maintaining our highest standards while dealing with our clients.
Safety – Safety is our number one priority above all else. We stay up to date on safety equipment and prevention tactics to ensure your dog stays safe and healthy on the hikes. We are trained in Pet CPR and First Aid and always have multiple first aid kits in car, and out on the hike. We provide carabiners that allow your dog to be clipped onto our equipment so the pack can stay together. We also provide tick wipes, sprays, special seatbelts for the dogs during the commute and in extreme weather we have ways to provide paw protection.
Education – We encourage informed choices through customer interaction and social media. We want to challenge ourselves as a company and as individuals, to allow us to see new opportunities for learning, and growing; while exploring new, fun, and safe ideas as they present themselves.
Relationships –We believe in putting relationships first. We would not have been able to accomplish our current and future growth without the help of our client’s support and the community. We provide personalized customer service that reflects our hospitality beginnings. Each client (human or dog) is unique, expectations are high, and needs are urgent. We recognize that allowing us to come into your home and spend time with your “fur baby” is a privilege and a responsibility that we do not take lightly. We believe in over communication do our best to be flexible to meet your needs and provide you with peace of mind every time you book with us.
